Cancellation Policy - Posada

If the cancellation is received up to 15 days before the arrival date, an amount equivalent to the first night will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded, if applicable.

If the cancellation is received between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date, an amount equivalent to the first two nights will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded, if applicable.

If the cancellation is received 7 days or less before the arrival date, a 100% penalty will be charged, and the amount paid will not be refunded nor used as credit for a future reservation.

In the case of no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, a 100% penalty will be charged, and the amount paid will not be refunded nor used as credit for future reservations.

The above policies apply to reservations of up to two rooms. For groups reserving three or more rooms, conditions may vary and will be communicated at the time of confirmation based on group size, room block, and operational considerations.

Cancellation Policy - Villas

The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival may retain 100% of the amount paid as credit for a future stay within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before arrival may retain 80% of the amount paid as credit for a future stay within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival may retain 50% of the amount paid as credit for a future stay within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund; however, guests may retain 20% of the amount paid as credit to use within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund; however, a 10% credit of the amount paid is offered for use within the next 12 months.

Cancellation Policy - Kite Safaris​

Reservations for safaris and lessons during high season require a 50% deposit to secure spots and instructors. This payment is non-refundable but can be converted into credit according to the timeframes detailed below.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the activity may retain 100% of the amount paid as credit to use toward any class or safari within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the activity may retain 80% of the amount paid as credit to use within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the activity may retain 50% of the amount paid as credit to use within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before the activity must already have 100% of the payment completed and are not eligible for a refund; however, guests may retain 20% of the amount paid as credit to use within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity are not eligible for a refund; however, a 10% credit of the amount paid is offered for use within the next 12 months.

In the event of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place, 100% of the amount paid will automatically convert into credit to reschedule within the following 12 months.

Cancellation Policy - Booking​

Cancellation policies vary depending on the components included in the travel package.

Airline tickets are non-refundable, and any changes are subject exclusively to the policies and conditions of the corresponding airline.

Some services included in the itinerary are subject to the cancellation policies of each provider. In such cases, the provider’s specific conditions and fees will apply.

For services, products, or experiences not covered by the specific policies above, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip start date will incur a 10% management fee of the total amount. Cancellations made 30 days before the trip start date will incur a 20% management fee of the total amount.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the trip start date are non-refundable; however, the client may choose to receive a 50% credit of the amount paid to use within the next 12 months.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date are non-refundable; the client may choose to receive a 20% credit of the amount paid to use within the next 12 months.
