KITE TRIPS
A kite trip is our favorite way to experience Los Roques. Riding from island to island, discovering new spots every day, and enjoying endless downwinds is what makes this place so special—a true playground of flat water, steady wind, and unreal scenery. Venezuela is one of the best places in the world to learn or progress, whether you’re just starting or looking to push your level.
When you plan a kite trip with Play, everything is taken care of. Stay at our kite lodge, enjoy daily meals, and let us handle all logistics—from boat transfers to the best cays to gear rental and anything else you may need. Play exists so that kitesurfers can focus on riding, progressing, and enjoying every moment.
We offer different options: beginner programs, custom trips for more advanced riders, and kite camps on specific dates (2027 coming soon—keep an eye out). If you’re a beginner, you can combine lessons with independent riding, and if you’re coming as a group, you can request a fully customized kite safari.

kite safari
Join an adventurous journey that blends the thrill of kitesurfing with unique landscape and marine life watching across our Archipiélago. Our Kite Safaris are between 1 to 3 hours long and include a local kite guide (required by the local authorities for security reasons) and a peñero boat following you at all times, with beach day set up (canopy and chairs) onboard to enjoy your destination.
You can join an existing Safari group for Ref. 100 per person (groups of min 6 people must be formed for the team to go out), or
