We specialize in hosting intimate weddings and multi-day celebrations, from small gatherings of 20 people to full wedding weekends with up to 150–200 guests.

How It Works

Whether you're planning something small or large, we take care of every single detail, including:

  • Accommodations:
    We can host over 60 guests between our three villas, our lodge, and our partner Grupo Caracol. For larger groups, we manage bookings across the island’s top posadas.

  • Transportation & Boats:
    We have three boats ready to transfer guests to nearby cays, set up events on the beach, and support logistics.

  • Set-Up:
    From small gatherings in our Gran Roque beach bar to full parties on the cays, we provide:

    • All décor and furniture

    • Tents for up to 200 guests

    • Sound system and generator

    • Bar setup and more

  • Permissions & Legalities:
    We handle all the required permits and coordination with the island authorities. If the party is at our venue or a small beach setup, you don’t need to worry. For larger events, we take care of the entire process.

  • Food, Drinks & Service:
    We coordinate full catering and bar service, with personalized menus, chef coordination, and a service team trained to make everything flow seamlessly.

  • Music & Atmosphere:
    We work with the best local DJs, set up sound systems, and create the vibe you're looking for — whether it’s laid-back tropical or full dance party on the beach.

  • Off-Island Logistics:
    Need to bring something from mainland Venezuela? We’ll handle it. From custom décor to specific wines — we know how to get it here.
